In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pt188. They govern all aspects of your use of the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotions, and access to games. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof are superseded by these Terms.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pt188 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under 21, in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation or legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
3. You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pt188 or any third-party responsible gaming organization.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law, to the extent such restrictions apply to you personally.
6. You must not have had a previous Account closed or suspended by pt188 for reasons attributable to your conduct.
7. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

pt188 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence confirming age, identity, and location. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements at any stage will result in Account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of funds, subject to applicable law.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful and not misleading.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different personal details.
• Sharing an Account with any other person.
• Registering an Account on behalf of another individual.
• Operating an Account under a false identity or using another person's identity documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify pt188 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. pt188 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

pt188 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. By registering, you consent to pt188 retaining your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

pt188 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed, and pt188 may require re-verification at any time if there are grounds to question Account ownership or the source of funds.

You may be requested to provide any or all of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph o r scan of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence linking your registered bank account or e-wallet to your identity — for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your name and account number.
• Source of Funds Declaration: For high-volume accounts, pt188 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of deposited funds.

All documents submitted for KYC are processed securely and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. pt188 will not share KYC documentation with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission, subject to document quality and completeness.

pt188 supports a range of Indonesian banking and e-wallet payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• pt188 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• pt188 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the account level for responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are subject to standard interbank clearing windows and may occasionally take longer during national holidays such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements as described in Clause 7.
• pt188 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or otherwise flagged by our risk management system, which may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.

pt188 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to the eligibility requirements in Clause 3.
• Each bonus promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — and any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the promotion's expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from providers such as Pragmatic Play and Pocket Games Soft typically contribute 100%; live casino games (Evolution Gaming) may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• pt188 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring existing bonus balances already credited to player accounts.
• Abuse of bonus programs — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market, game, or event. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once confirmed by the Platform system. Verbal or written communications before system confirmation do not constitute an accepted bet.
• pt188 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error — including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds, technical glitches, or data feed errors — and to refund the staked amount to the player's Account balance.
• For sports betting markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and all other available markets), official results from the relevant governing body will be used to settle bets. In the event of disputes regarding results, pt188's decision — made in good faith using available data — is final.
• Bets on mix parlay (accumulator) selections require all individual selections to be correct for the bet to win. A void selection within a mix parlay reduces the accumulator to the remaining selections.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, draw results are taken from the official source for the relevant draw. Any discrepancy between a third-party result and the official draw source will be resolved in favor of the official source.
• For sabung ayam (cockfighting) live events and other live-streamed markets, bets are only accepted during the designated pre-fight or pre-event betting window. pt188 is not responsible for network latency that may affect bet placement timing.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market interface. pt188 reserves the right to settle winning bets above the stated maximum at the maximum payout amount.
• pt188 operates a strict anti-match-fixing policy. Any bet suspected of being placed in connection with manipulation of a sporting event will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

pt188 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all users. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, we encourage you to make use of the tools and resources available to you.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the Platform within a given period.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the chosen exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies to obtain value beyond what would ordinarily be available.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other multiplayer environments.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Transferring Account balances to third parties, or accepting funds transferred from another player's Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or pt188 staff through any channel.
• Circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game design elements — is the exclusive property of pt188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pt188 brand name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of pt188.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (i) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; (ii) use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform; or (iii) frame, mirror, or deep-link to any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from pt188.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pt188 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted.

pt188's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pt188 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pt188 takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform stability and security, planned maintenance windows and unforeseen technical outages may occasionally affect service availability.

pt188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pt188 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your Account activity is suspected of being connected to fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose pt188 to regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to pt188. You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support.

pt188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the updated effective date displayed at the top. Where changes are material, pt188 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, with due regard to the context in which pt188 operates and the Indonesian market it serves.

In the event of any dispute between you and pt188, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. pt188 will respond to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents pt188 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
